Creación de Experimentos (CE)
Experiment Deletion Bug Fixed
The system now correctly processes deletions, ensuring that users receive accurate status updates and no longer encounter failed attempts despite “success” messages. API handling has also been improved to prevent undefined status errors during deletion.
Old UI Design Removed
The outdated experiment creation interface has been fully retired. Users can now only create or copy experiments through the updated, more reliable design, ensuring consistency and better performance across all workflows.
OFT Trial Randomization Restored
Addressed an issue where missing design options prevented the randomization of OFT trials. Users can now generate randomizations smoothly at the OFT stage without interruptions.
Gestor de Experimentos (EM)
✅ Bulk and Occurrence-Level Data Downloads Restored
Resolved issues that blocked bulk experiment downloads and caused delays or 504 errors when downloading metadata and plot data. Data exports now run smoothly and reliably.
✅ Admin Access to Shared Experiments Restored
Fixed an issue preventing admin users from viewing experiments shared with specific programs. Shared occurrences are now visible as intended, ensuring proper access control.
✅ Trait Protocol Updates Reflected in Data Files
Updated trait protocols now appear correctly in data collection files. The “Selected Traits” section accurately reflects the latest protocol changes.
✅ Entry Tab Access and Permissions Fixed
Resolved permission issues where the EDIT button appeared active without authorization. Non-admin users can now access the Entry tab properly according to their role permissions.
✅ Genotyping Service Manager Stability Improved
Addressed system workload issues that previously blocked new batch creation. Batch names now display correctly, and related processes operate more consistently and efficiently.

Users can now manage and upload data from multiple sites in a single process, making data collection faster and more efficient.
✅ Program Filter Accuracy Fixed
Duplicate entries when filtering by program have been removed for clearer, more accurate results.

All data types now appear correctly, ensuring users see the right information at all times.
✅ Clearer Tracking of Data Changes
System-generated and user-entered values are now clearly distinguished, with correct highlights and status updates during review.
✅ Plot Uploads Restored
Issues that blocked plot uploads have been fixed. Users at all levels can now upload data without errors or restrictions.
✅ Yield Calculation Corrected
The formula used for yield calculations has been corrected to ensure accurate and consistent results.
Harvest Manager (HM)
✅ New Harvest Settings for ICARDA Crops
Harvest setups are now available for Barley, Faba Bean, Grasspea, Lentil, and Chickpea. These updates support a wider range of breeding activities, making data collection and processing easier and more consistent.
✅ Maize Harvest Accuracy Improved
Issues affecting maize harvest validation have been resolved, ensuring more accurate and reliable data during harvest activities.
Germplasm Manager (GM)
✅ Simplified Germplasm Type Requirement
The system now only asks for germplasm type when it’s needed for rice, making data entry easier and avoiding unnecessary steps during updates.
✅ Reliable Germplasm Printouts
Printouts for large sets of germplasm records now generate smoothly, ensuring users can easily access and review their data.
✅ Access Restored for All Users
Users with proper permissions can now code germplasm records without issues, improving teamwork and workflow efficiency.
✅ Cleaner File Upload Template
The upload template has been refined—duplicate and missing columns fixed—to make uploads more accurate and user-friendly.
✅ Smooth Germplasm Creation
Users can now create new germplasm records without errors, ensuring uninterrupted data management.
Seed Inventory (SI)
✅ Clearer Germplasm and Seed Information
The system now shows updates and status changes more clearly, helping users easily track and manage germplasm and seed details with greater accuracy.
List Manager (LM)
✅ Germplasm List Saving Restored
The issue that stopped germplasm items from saving or showing after a search has been fixed. Selected items and search results now appear correctly, ensuring smooth and reliable list management.
Breeding Program Manager (BPM)
✅ Menu Access Restored for Admins
The Breeding Program Manager menu is now visible again for admin users, ensuring full access to all tools and settings within the system.
Core Breeding Platform (CBP)
✅ Smooth Transaction Deletion Restored
Users can now delete data transactions without being logged out. System settings were adjusted to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted experience.
