The Enterprise Breeding System is co-developed with users: more functionalities and use cases are added according to their needs and feedback. This may even include building in compatibility with existing data systems.<\/h6>
At the same time, institutions that adopt EBS will need to adapt their breeding and data workflows to make use of EBS, a process supported by the CGIAR Excellence in Breeding Platform<\/a>.<\/h6>
An early version of EBS is already in the hands of early adopters for maize, rice and wheat. In future phases of development, more key breeding functions will be added until a full system is ready for roll-out to more crops and institutions.<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
