EBS January 2026 User Release Notes

The January 2026 EBS release brings clearer analysis alerts, smoother experiment management, smarter data uploads, stronger security, and improved system stability across all modules. From sharing Molecular Data results to managing crosses and germplasm more easily, everything now works more reliably so you can focus on your breeding work with confidence.

Breeding Analytics (BA) January 2026 Highlights

Analysis Request Manager (ARM)

✅ The Prediction tab now clearly informs you when BLUEs were not generated because BLUPs were selected in BIOFLOW.

✅ The system now alerts (5) you if changes (such as suppressing residuals) will not be applied when you click Finalize (4) directly.

Molecular Data Analysis (MDA)

✅ Clearly see when BLUEs were not generated if BLUPs were selected.

✅ Receive a notification if changes won’t apply before finalizing your analysis.

✅View results without tables unexpectedly refreshing.

Phenotypic Data Manager (PDM)

✅See the percentage of missing values in summary tables.

✅Color heatmaps by row block or column block for better experiment interpretation.

✅View the correct design parameters based on your experiment design.

✅See clean whole-number grid coordinates.

Breeding Analytics Platform (BAP)

✅Upload and download files more securely.
