On September 6, members of the Digital Solutions team attended UX+AI 2026 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The conference looked at how design, technology and user experience are changing as artificial intelligence (AI) is more deeply integrated into professional work.

The sessions provided real-world insight on how AI can help professionals work more efficiently, explore ideas, automate tasks, and develop and deliver solutions faster. At the same time, the conversations indicated that technology does not in and of itself create meaningful experiences.

Key Points

AI as a Productivity Tool
AI allows teams to work faster and explore more possibilities. But its use should be intentional and based on clear standards and thoughtful assessment.

Human judgment still counts
As AI makes it easier to produce different types of work, professionals need to exercise sound judgment in evaluating quality, relevance and suitability for the intended need.

The focus remains on people
The core of creating meaningful digital experiences is understanding users, but also showing empathy, considering cultural context, and applying creativity and personal perspective.

Listen, Learn, Improve
User feedback is an invaluable source of insight on how products and services can be improved. The team can make better choices when they understand why feedback is occurring.

Continuous Learning
As AI tools and workflows keep evolving, professionals will need to remain curious, experiment with new working methods and continue developing their skills.

Why It Matters

The conference emphasized one important point for organizations adopting new technologies:

Artificial intelligence is more than just new tools. It’s about applying technology wisely to solve real problems and to improve people’s experiences.

What we build from

AI can accelerate our work, but human understanding dictates how we apply it and the value we generate.

The conference was a good reminder that digital solutions need more than just technology to work. They depend on creativity, straightforward communication, empathy and knowledge of the people they are designed
