View entry codes with sample number in the new plate layout template.

A new template for printing plate layouts is now available. This mainly features the entry code and the corresponding sample number per plot in this format: EntryCode-SampleNo. Previously, only the plots are featured in the printout template.

The following actions can now be performed reliably in PS without issue:

1. access printout templates in the linked Core Breeding tools, and
2. link a printout template to new crop programs.
